Hand weeding underway
Pictured is the crew from SERCUL who have been removing by hand a population of Love Grass weeds along Bibra Drive. It is part of a renewed program to control weeds on the site. Weeds such as Castor Oil, Love Grass, Fleabane and Arum Lilly are being targeted by a large labour crew who are hand removing weeds and disposing of them off site.
Following hand removal of target species, spot spraying with herbicide will be applied across the site.
