After rainfall, comes beauty
After a weekend of rain, the Corridor will be starting to see the germination of some of the geosporous species. These are plants like Acacias that release their seed annually to the soil seedbank. This germination will complement the genus that have already naturally returned to the cleared areas including Banksia, Conostylis, Eucalyptus, Hardenbergia, Hypocalymma, Jacksonia, Melaleuca, Scaevola and Thysanotus.
It’s a joy to see.
